I crossed that stage on a sunny day in May, flashed my “got-everything-figured-out” grin, and before I could even wrap my fingers around that diploma, I became Paul Angone, a gradu-what the hell do I do now?
But that was four years ago. And since I’ve written a book titled To Be Determined, which is my funny (hopefully) and honest story of our generation struggling to find purpose, identity, and faith in a time of transition, confusion, and frustration.
Life in our 20’s can feel as confusing as an entertainment center assembly manual, written in Cantonese. So join me in working on this twentysomething translation

Paul,
Hey got your comment today on the ellev8 blog. Thanks for putting your stuff out there, love your thought process and writing.
about me…
I am a life-long (sunday school, christian high school, bible college, cemetery… ooh I mean seminary) victim of religion. 4 years ago I became disillusioned by Church and left the ministry. After a few months of decompression, I accidentally started a church, realized I made a mistake, merged with another new ministry, and then launched an independent mult-church college ministry that meets in a remodeled bar. So currently I am serving as a teaching pastor at a really cool church, and leading the before mentioned college ministry, (as well doing bi-vocational work as a graphic designer etc.) Both have exploded rapidly so I am constantly fighting becoming what I left.
so that is me in a nutshell. Just a broken dude who is passionate about getting people past the blockade of religion to see Jesus.
looking forward to hearing more from you.
